All the days, one desk

Getting married is never just one day. We plan them all.

Pick a day to plan it on its own, or say “everything” and we plan them as one story, one budget, one point of contact.

Anniversaries & vow renewals

The marriage keeps having days worth planning. We stay your desk long after the wedding.

How it works

Three steps from “where do we start?” to booked.

1

Tell us about your day

About a minute, on one page or with the Bride & Groom in the corner: which days, roughly when, how many guests, what matters to you. Nothing is booked, nothing is charged.

2

A human builds your plan

A coordinator replies within one working day. Your written plan follows: real venues, real quotes, every price labelled, our fee on its own line.

3

You say yes. We handle it.

Nothing is reserved until you approve it in writing. Then we book, confirm and run every supplier — right through the day itself.

Start booking — it takes about a minute

Rather talk it through? The Bride & Groom, our automated planning assistant, sits in the corner of every page. Ask it anything, any hour — it answers plainly, books nothing by itself, and hands every request to a human.

Every kind of wedding

Hall, courtyard, garden, register office, mosque, cemevi or church — whichever is yours.

Turkish, Kurdish, Cypriot, Alevi, mixed or none of the above: we plan the wedding the way your family wants it. We ask which traditions you keep and never assume.

Our standards

We are new. So here is exactly what you can hold us to.

01

A written plan before any booking

Nothing is reserved with a venue or supplier until you approve a written plan. The only payment before then is a planning deposit — refunded in full if we can’t take your date, or if you cancel before the plan is sent.

02

Every price labelled

Benchmark, public price or a real written quote — you always know which one you are looking at.

03

One fee, in the open

Our fee is its own line in your plan, never hidden inside a supplier’s price. If a venue pays us commission, you see that too.

04

A human replies within one working day

A coordinator reads every request and writes the reply — never an auto-reply, never a bot.

05

Facts with sources

454 London venues checked against council registers. Anything we have not checked is labelled “verify”.

06

Your traditions, asked

Kına, nişan, nikâh, church, mandap or none — we ask what your family does and never assume.

The venue register

454 London venues, checked against council registers.

Every one is on its council’s register of approved ceremony venues, across 21 boroughs. We also track 83 more from public sources — each labelled with where the fact came from.

Questions couples ask

Straight answers.

How much do you charge?

Our coordination fee is quoted in your written plan, as its own line, before you agree to anything. On-the-day coordination is a fixed fee quoted in writing. Apart from the optional planning deposit — which comes off our fee and is refunded in full if we can’t take your date or you cancel before your written plan is sent — nothing is charged until you approve a written plan.

Is anything booked when I send the form?

No. Sending a request books nothing and costs nothing. A coordinator checks real availability and sends a written plan; we book only after you approve it in writing.

Can you plan the kına gecesi and nişan as well as the wedding?

Yes — engagement, kına gecesi, hen and stag, nikâh, wedding and reception can be planned together as one plan, or one at a time.

Do you plan Turkish and Kurdish weddings?

Yes, and we ask rather than assume — every family keeps different traditions. There is a Turkish page with its own booking form at bridegroomservices.co.uk/tr.

How do you choose venues?

We start from council registers of premises approved for civil ceremonies (454 London venues) and label anything we have not confirmed on a register as “verify”. No venue can pay to be listed or ranked. If a venue you choose pays us a commission, your written plan says so.

What if a supplier lets us down?

Use Wedding Rescue. Whoever you booked with, tell us what happened and a human picks it up as a priority.

What does your first reply contain?

Whether we can take your date, what your written plan will cover, and a secure link for the planning deposit if you want us to start. It comes from a human coordinator within one working day, and it books nothing.

Can we use our own caterer, photographer or family suppliers?

Yes. Tell us who they are and your coordinator builds them into the plan and the timings. You pay them directly, as you do every supplier.

Do you ever hold money meant for venues or suppliers?

Never. Only two payments ever come to us — the planning deposit and our coordination fee. Every venue and supplier is paid by you, directly, on their own invoice.

Can we speak to someone before paying anything?

Yes. Say in your request that you’d like a call or a video call, and your coordinator arranges one at a time that suits you. Nothing is charged for it.
