How Bridegroom takes it from here
- Tell us about your day. About a minute with the Bride & Groom in the corner, or the booking page. You get a reference like BG-4F7A2C1B.
- A human coordinator replies within one working day — sooner when your date is close — and confirms whether we can take your date.
- Planning deposit. Your coordinator sends a secure Stripe link. It secures your coordinator, comes off our fee, and is refunded in full if we can’t take your date or you cancel before your written plan is sent.
- Your written plan. Real venues and suppliers, every price labelled (benchmark, public price or real quote), and our coordination fee on its own line.
- You approve it in writing, and pay our fee on the Pay page. Nothing is booked with a supplier before this.
- We book and confirm every supplier you approved. You pay suppliers directly, under their own contracts — we never hold money for them.
- Countdown and the day itself. This guide keeps you on track; your coordinator sends the day’s timings to every supplier.
