No cookies, no tracking. This site sets no cookies at all, and uses no advertising or analytics tracking. Our fonts are hosted here too, so no third-party font service is contacted.

Your browser's local storage. The chat, the booking form and the planning guide keep a little information in your own browser's local storage — only after you use them, and only to provide what you asked for (so, under PECR, no consent banner is needed). Nothing here leaves your device unless you choose to send a booking.

• bg_concierge_v1 — the Bride & Groom chat: your conversation and what you told it (the day, date, guests, area, budget, traditions and names), so it can pick up where you left off. It never stores your email address or phone number. It is forgotten after 30 days, and once a booking is sent only the confirmation is kept.
• bg_concierge_v1_ref — your last booking reference (from the chat or the booking form) and the time it was sent, kept for 30 days so you can find it again. No name or contact detail is kept with it.
• bg_guide_v1 — the planning guide: the day, date and guest number you chose and the steps you ticked. It stays until you clear it with the guide's “Clear my saved plan” button.

Clearing it. Type “delete my data” in the chat, use the guide's clear button, or clear this site's data in your browser settings.
