Only two payments ever come to us: the planning deposit, and our coordination fee from the written plan you approved. Venues and suppliers you pay directly, under their own contracts — we never hold money for them.

How paying works
Payments are taken by Stripe on its own secure page; we never see or store your card number. Stripe emails a receipt to the address you give, and your reference is attached to the payment so your coordinator matches it to your booking. Until your written plan is sent, you can cancel at any time for a full refund of the deposit, and it is refunded in full if we can’t take your date. Once the plan is sent you can still cancel within 14 days of paying; we may keep a proportionate amount for work already done and tell you that amount in writing first (see our terms).
